You have 30 days from delivery to return most items in their original condition. We'll cover the return shipping on faulty or incorrect items.
How it works
Email us
Send your order number and the item you'd like to return to hello@brand.com.
We send a label
We'll reply with a returns label and simple instructions within one working day.
Ship it back
Drop the parcel at any carrier location. Keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
Refund issued
Once received, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
A few notes
Items must be returned in original condition, unused and with all packaging where possible.
Personalised or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return — this is noted on the product page where applicable.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days and we'll make it right.
